Edge, proxy, service, store. Every hop is one I can explain and one I have had to debug at least once.

Release path

Build, test, promote the same image. No hand-edited servers, no release checklist taped to a wall.

When it breaks

Logs and alarms first, then the change that caused it. Rollback is a deploy, not a rescue mission.
